Crash upon opening or within a couple of minutes after joining a game

Hello, would someone please help me figure out why my game started crashing a bunch after I uninstalled it from my HDD and reinstalled it onto my SSD? Thank you. Here’s the crash ID:

Looks like the GPU is essentially disconnecting here, but we have seen other components (such as an overheating CPU) produce the same GPU-related error in the past. As this recently occurred after reinstalling on to the SSD, it may be worth performing some health checks on that.
