Crash on Salvage Items screen (Backend Error 1133)

Issue Description:
Crash on Salvage Screen

Steps to Reproduce:
Clicking to select all Grey items and attempt to Salvage. Game crashes with Backend error

The Keep

Reproduction Rate:
Happens every time I attempt to salvage these grey items

Edit: I was just able to salvage the items one at a time without a crash occuring.

Hi @VALIS,

This is likely happening due to too many requests being made in a short period of time while salvaging.

Could you please provide your console log from a session this happens so we can take a look?
