Crash on launch - error code 23

Getting this error when I try to launch the game, now:

“Game client encountered an application error. (Error Code: 23)”

I’ve tried a clean reinstall of my GPU drivers and all Visual C++ Redistributables w/ no luck. Windows is up to date as well.

Update: apparently this was an EAC issue… every EAC game in my Steam library was throwing this error on startup. Reboot fixed it.
