Dear Dev-team,
Yesterday, I also had another crash but in the chaos wastes on the first level. I’ve been there with a group of other players. Immediately, after killing the first chest boss, the sound got stuck with the game completely crashing to Xbox home screen. No message was displayed.
Like in my other ticket this happend yesterday on an XsX.

Hi Gungnir, I’ve been able to locate one of your crashes using your GamerTag, and I hope you will see an improvement in stability after our upcoming patch.
Dear Dev-Team,
yesterday I experienced a crash on my XsX in a Helmgart mission (one of the last two of Act III). Randomly, I received a message to reconnect my controller although the controller was still connected and functional. This message persisted for like 5 seconds and then throwing me back to title screen with no further message given. The bot priorities I selected just prior to the crashing mission had all be reset when re-entering the keep.

thank you for your quick reply. I hope you’ll find a solution for the other crash/bug, as well. The one you haven’t found was the one with the “reconnect controller” message, I assume? What irritated me about that crash was the fact, that it completely reset the bot priorities. Perhaps it happend because of me selecting these priorities prior to starting the mission. But I guess, that this bug will be quite hard to track down as it also happened to me only once.
