Constant crashes on lowest specs on high end pc

Issue Description:
Constant crashing be it mid cutscene, mid mission, while alt tabbing etc (ie extremely frequent).
i have
-32gb of ram
-3070rtx
-12th gen intel core i7-12700 processor
-8gb of ram
why am i crashing

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. just playing the game
  2. crash very spontaneously
