My buddy who has been playing this game for quite some time is now, as of your post, also been having the same exact problem. Tried the same fixes, and he has a great system. No idea what they did, secret patch or something screwed this up for both of you.

I’m only using XMP memory setting. ASUS TUF Gaming Z690-PLUS WIFI and G.SKILL DDR5-6000 CL36 TRIDENT Z5 J
