Concerning Rotten Armor and Boltgun

Been playing Arbitrator since it launched and now I’m back playing Zealot since the Rotten Armor event started. I remember that mag-dumping the Boltgun could easily kill 2 Crushers with the Brittleness blessing. But these Rotten Crushers soak up entire clips and don’t go down. Has something changed?

Afaik Rotten enemies take much less damage from ranged weapons at high health, and will take slightly more ranged damage at low health. If you ever played Pus Hardened in Havoc, it’s somewhat similar.

As for Havoc, no I refuse to play it. The koopa troopa coloring of enemies offend me.

And I thought I was the only one.. It looks stupid and breaks immersion, whoever thought it up and let it into the game is a lazy pecker and needs to be reprimanded

Rotten Armor has 75% ranged damage resistance or something like that.

Use melee. Win.

Yes. It might not be the most accurate, but you waste a lot of ammo trying to kill the rotters at range.

I saw it mentioned in reddit, someone datamined it to be 75% ranged resistance, then after certain health loss it drops to 50% resistance.

With green cloud everywhere blocking visual. Makes it even less ranged friendly.

I’m free spinning mouse wheel down as tag scanning through it like I do in Lights Out.

But last day of rotten armour event, probably back to dogs now.
