Hi I am a Darktide player from South Africa, on the 23rd Of September I purchased the “Erlaiah Beck” bundle for Zealot however upon receiving it, I found that it did not meet my expectations and I would like to request a refund for the said item.
hope to have all items purchased on The 23rd of September returned or refunded so that I may repurchase the cosmetic skins of my preference. I have attached screenshots of the purchase as proof of transaction. Thank you for your time and I look forward to your assistance on this matter.
