Issue Description:
Fell through map, eventually died however Also had a scripture that did not drop on normal terrain due to falling through the map.
Steps to Reproduce:

- Play Chasm Logistratum as Ogryn (Skullbreaker) on the deliver ammo mission towards the end
- go to the left most train for ammo
- get grabbed my a mutant and get hit against wall on the corner near the ramp up to the lookout
- instantly fall through floor
