Issue Summary:
Witch Hunter got killed when we were crossing the river after the 2nd tome (pushed by Chaos Warrior into the water).
The rest of us went down, took grimoire and just when we were climbing up from the house, Witch Hunter respawned above us, with no way for us to reach him.
We got killed on Burblespew afterwards, and WH was still waiting for us in that place, without respawning somewhere else, where we could reach him.
