Newest patch, playing as ranger vet as client, using the free bomb on ult talent. In this video I threw the bomb and when it went off, no kills, no damage, no stagger. I threw several previously and they one-shotted patrols so I feel like something should have happened here.
Only time in the game this happened, not sure if its a problem with the spot I threw it in or what.
