Had the same happen to me.
Elf died on the 2nd platform, respawned on the starting platform.
Kruber and Saltz died on the final platform, respawned on the 2nd and 3rd platforms respectively.

Fatshark please put this fix on a high priority list, this so incredibly annoying, and feels like such a bogus way to loose after putting a whole HOUR into the match just to loose to some crap like that =/
