Catachcan swords aren’t able to parry ragers consistently any more, as of patch 1.2.1 (since the balance update that changed their behavior slightly). The followup attack also doesn’t proc.
You can see attacks breaking through the block. This happens very often.
Also, there seems to be an odd timing on parrying and block cost. Very inconsistent there too.
