Issue Description:
There was a small chest in Refinery Delta-17, after the elevator you have to turn on by purging the two corruptor eyes, in a corner where neither myself or my friend could grab the plasteel.

- Play Refinery Delta-17
- Navigate to the small chest that spawns in a corner after the elevator hold out.
- Try to grab item from chest
