I play with 1920x1080, it’s FSR on Performance mode or Ultra Performance, I took this screenshot 15th of september so don’t remember exactly…
(Yes, I couldn’t see anything past 30 meters)
Interface is not affected by FSR, that’s why it looks so much better.
My graphics settings are so ass, but recently I reconfigured it, so I can run with FSR3.1 on Performance! Which is a lot better, I can actually see things!
OT: XeSS quality is supposed to be better than FSR even for AMD users, you can manually update DLLs too for better results IQ.

AFAIK yes, except 1.3.1 is the latest now (Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements).
Pretty sure FSR still lags behind vs XeSS but IDK if things changed significantly on that front since then; compare for yourself. YMMV.
Could be this is outdated info now vs FSR 3.1+, but still worth a quick try and see if artifacting/ghosting is better in DT.
