Can't chat during expeditions

Issue Description (Required):

During gameplay in maps,new game mode. On Xbox,when I want to press arrow and R3 write massage and send it, instead,radar pops up. I can’t texts during mission. Exception are the bases where go to exchange scraps. It’s really sucks when you try to earn team or say something, something at all. Happens every expedition missions… Literally

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Start mission
  2. Play mission.
  3. Try to send massage.
    4… Turn on radar Instead…
