I had this. What I did was change my graphics and hit “restart later/continue” or whatever the option was to not restart, and then quit the game manually.

so i fixed the problem… follow the steps below to fix the problem Task Manger Details tab scroll down to LightingService.exe -end task on LightingServices.exe -Launch game -enjoy
