This is super awkward. I was hoping to block someone while they were offline because they are always inviting me their strike team. Issues arose in game to the point I decided, ‘ok it’s time to block this person’. BUT, I can’t block them if they’re offline so I am in this weird state where I removed them from my friends list and now I can’t block them 
. Please fix this. I should be able to block players whether they are offline or online. Thanks!
