Tried hard resetting , signing in and out ect…
We can’t play anything but the prolog Help please

But Canadien internet outside the city’s suck so 50gb gonna take a day or so

Our back end provider has acknowledged the issue and is working closely with Xbox Live to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
