Issue Description (Required):

Burster won’t do the blowing up hop as he runs into you

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Watch burster run at you (as the only possible target)
  2. You push instinctively as it should be jumping by now, but the burster has not entered hop animation
  3. Get very sad that you have to push it again in a few seconds and die because you weren’t paying attention to the mutie and fail your havoc 40 clutch :^(
