When you use the Bumper Button Dodger contol pad preset the up d-pad takes out the stim when it should be left on the d-pad. This collides with the tag function.
You can temp fix by choosing any other preset and then reselecting BBD preset. The bug comes back on game restart 100% of the time.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Use Bumper Button Dodger controller preset and press up on the d-pad while you have a stim.
