Black hole barrels: Me and my friend have both experienced this. When a barrel explodes it sucks you in. We were both ogryns, and both aiming weapons at the time. Everyother time the barrels have sent us back with the explosion.
Ogryn Grenade companion: Had this 3 times so far. At the start of the mission I have started running and noticed my grenade box is floating infront of me and moves forward with me, switching to the grenade and back to weapon fixes this issue.
Keybinds reset: Everytime I relaunch the game I have to switch keybinds again. Specifically the “Tag” and “Tagging Wheel”, I also switch special weapon attack but that saves. I switch the attack to middle mouse wheel click and both tagging ones to letter T.
