Buggy long loading screen

In the attached video, you can see that the issues begin at the loading screen, and I can’t close it except using the task manager. If I leave it like this for 30 minutes, it will eventually load and I can start playing. After 30 minutes… is it possible to fix this error? About 3 months ago, it used to load in 2 minutes, but since an update, I’ve been experiencing constant problems with it. Please help, I’ve tried various videos and descriptions, but nothing seems to work.

Apologies for the delayed response here. I understand our Backend Engineer was looking in to a similar issue, and I’ve queried what the current status of it is. I will report back to you once I’ve received a response.
