Bug with transferring from TPV to FPV

At Horn of Magnus I accidentally fell to the water from wooden pier where art location is. After being revived I remained at 3d person view, also camera had a weird below waistline angle. Inspecting character brought me back into 1st person view but made my weaponry invisible. Inspecting character 2nd time made my weaponry visible again.

Did you try holding X (character model inspection). Most visual bugs related to the model reset after an inspection.
