Issue Description (Required):
Twice in a maelstrom mission on Carnival I observed bots not helping downed players. Bots were the only ones left standing and there was 1 downed player. If it helps players were disconnected (one time they rejoined the second time they did not) and I believe both times were in pox gas.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
1.) Have a downed player
2.) Have 2 bots in your strike group (maybe have players disconnect)
3.) Be in pox gas when downed (maybe required not sure)
4.) Watch bots not help you
