Boss stuck on Empire in flames

Issue Summary:
Stormfiend stuck in wall/underground on Empire in Flames.

Edit: I realized it’s a hidden room in that position with a breakable wall. So I guess bug description remains but I’ll add that it only failed to break the wall for some reason.

Had this issue twice with the stormfiend in this map.
