Bolt staff RMB 2nd Charge Up Audio is Not Synced

The bolt staff has 3 states for RMB(the spear). No charge, 1st charge, 2nd charge. The RMB spear will play an audio cue to signify that it has reached the 2nd charge, but it occurs significantly later than when it functionally occurs. See below:

This gives the player the impression that it takes much longer to charge to reach that 2nd charged state, when the reality is it actually happens rather fast. The audio and function should be synced.

Side note(in case someone questions the damage): The hits for over 200 at times are due to random critical strikes and have nothing to do with the syncing issue.
