Blood in the Dark - Respawn issue

Hi!

Today i hosted a quickplay and we rolled Blood in the Dark. I died next to the first grim, shortly after the Slayer died on the steps leading up to the floor of the first grim.

We respawned near the first tome. Me next to a ravaged art spawn and the slayer behind a wooden wall.
