Past the Poison Feast, up the stairs.
Judging from other bug reports, it’s probably an issue with the windows

Can confirm. They do cast through windows ; I encountered this at the end of the level, in the last rooms before Nurgloth.

I’ve had this exact issue, at the last right-turn before the boss room. Blightstormer just cast through the window.
