Blightreaper - Fire walk Out of bounds at the start of the Sewers

In the area where you pick up the torch in the sewers, you can use fire walk to get out of bounds near the scaffolds to the right.

Repro steps:

1. drop down from the starting area
2. go past the torch and to the right
3. crouch next to the scaffolding
4. hold down the fire walk key
5. aim / move along the scaffold until the targeting circle snaps inside
6. use fire walk
7. you are now out of bounds
