Numbers add up when they matter. 3% reduction on a 25s ult (vet) or 30s (the rest) is literally nothing, less than 1 second per. In VT2 it was much stronger because damage into ultimate conversion was much higher (big surprise it is almost non existent here with the toughness system) and it was 10%. 10% reduction on long ultimate cooldowns, like the average is 60s in VT2, some are even double that like Unchained and Ironbreaker, giving it an average ult cooldown reduction nearing 6 seconds. Even the shortest ult in VT2 gets over double the benefit of a single combat ability reduction in Darktide (Handmaiden has a 20s ult cooldown, so a 10% trinket drops 2 seconds).

Stamina and Stamina Regen is a must have for vet
Well I am surely a little different but I use:
1 wound + 2 health
On my curios I put corruption resist (usually +12%) and toughness regen +30%
For the third, I don’t care. I adapted to the RNG system, the third perk I don’t even consider it. If it is something good, great… but if it is not, I don’t care.
About sniper resist… well, I agree that a sniper can be a serious threat, however, 95% of the time you can avoid their shots.
imagine dodging snipers.
