Battle for Tertium Toggle not working

Issue Description (Required):

On the mission terminal I have Battle for Tertium quests to OFF, but I am still being thrown into Battle for Tertium games via Quickplay.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Go to mission terminal
  2. Press key for terminal options
  3. toggle off the battle for tertium quickplay
  4. play a mission

Reproduction Rate (Required):

Common (<50%)
