@Rotta I appreciate it isn’t clear, but there is a level 30 requirement in order to upgrade items to Veteran tier. I’ve raised this with the development team - apologies for the confusion!

It appears that the upgrade button in the loadout/inspect menu should have been disabled but hasn’t been. We’re on it! Thank you.
