Backend Error: COULDNT_RESOLVE_HOST

I downloaded Vermintide 2 today and attempted to launch it on the official server.
After a series of logos, the game displays an error message saying:

Server Error
Backend Error : COULDNT_RESOLVE_HOST

I then have to click on the quit game button, where another error shows up saying:
Untrusted system file (C:\Windows\System32\pcapwsp.dll)

Is there a fix for this issue? Thanks in advance!

I have attempted the fixes and successfully repaired the files. Unfortunately, I am still unable to enter the game due to the Server Error.

This belongs to a program called ProxyCap. Please uninstall it and see if the issue persists.

Uninstalled proxycap and the game works perfectly fine now. Thank you!
