Attacking an Electrocuted enemy spins them

Issue Description (Required):

Attacking an enemy that has the Electrocution status (the type that deals damage) spins the enemy. It’s very annoying since you’ll not be able to reach weakspot on certain enemies.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Apply the Electrocute status that deals damage (Shock Maul special, Exterminator Shotgun Mk3 special, Remote Detonation, Voltaic Mandibles Augment talent, Shock Mine)

  2. Melee attack enemy

  3. Enemy spins
