Aquila Vanished, Campaign reset just now on Arbites

I bought 7k Aquilas today, boughst some stuff aswell. but the Balance, im pretty sure is not correct.
COuld you guys please check?! maybe im wrong. It happend after you Guys removed some of the Cosmetics for Human Characters i had equipped on Arbites.
BOUGHT:
*Arbitrator Bundle
*Arbitrator Malacator Mask

  • Arbitrator Patrol Helm raised
    *Cadias Teeth
    *Judgement
    i had around 500 Aquilas or so beforehand.
    So that should be 2k. Some of the Cosmetics maybe cheaper than 900 Aquilas
    I had a desnync of some sort. I restarted the Game and then i had to redo the Tutorial on my Arbites which is Lvl 5??

SOmething weird happend!

I have a similar issue concerning the aquila. Bought 2900 with existing 1000. after a skin purchase, the 1000 disappeared

And Julia sry i have to bring it up.
But the Prices for Skins went up “AGAIN” We are at 2800/2900 per the “Ordo Hereticus” Skins??
No Weapon included nothing?
I live in Switzerland, but you know, not everyone is Rich here…
I really want to support you Guys like i have , but this is really getting ridicoulous.
Arbites Package was 18,90FR.- on Release. You know in V2 on the first couple Days at least you got a Special Promotion Price for a new Class. Also you had way more Cosmetics inlcluded. Deluxe Package was 15Fr,.
This is really bad, cause People are pissed, obviously. YOU Guys definetly need to reconsider your Price Policy. For a lot of People that stayed since the Release and everything from Performance and all the SHite Storm, its a big big slap in the Face for loyal Customers!

To add more context, from the existing 1000, 500 were gained from Admonition Ascendant.
