An idea for psyker's smite

I like current smite for psyker, but I would like something like this even more (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0pZWSBFu1zM).

Now someone could say that it would be too similar to brain rupture but I think that it could deal slightly more damage than brain rupture, not have auto lock like brain rupture and generate more peril than brain rupture, what do you think?
