Amulet of Ashur

Just completed Winds of Magic mission and ranked weave 1. The cauldron is showing both weapons but no amulet is showing. Also the NPC never showed up for me but person im playing with spawned an NPC. This is happening to 2 out of 3 people in our group

Hasn’t this DLC been out for sometime? its quite hard to find info on this issue
