In good faith this ever will get fixed:
Located near the tome where you have to jump from the railing to the opposite platform to get the book.

God I hate that one. Was trying to deal with it last night. Worst part is, if you tell a bot to pick up the tome across the gap, they will almost never do it, and continue to try and head back that way even after they TP to you. They will do this even after you cross the river, and just continually fall off the edge into the water. Or just stand and walk in place against walls, as if they could burrow their way over to the tome.
