"Activated" melee weapons have a pretty glaring issue

Much as I love them, I’m getting tired of activating a chainsword’s rev, or a force sword’s charged state, and then getting whacked by a random mook enemy and it turns off. In fact, ANY hit turns this stuff off. Why? It’s already ON.

It’s getting increasingly frustrating to set up to shred a rager, or a reaper, or any other hardy special… and then “OOPS you took 1 dmg from Mook McGee back there. Sorry, I’ma turn off now”.

This needs changed.
