Achlys Mk VIII Combat Axe Heavy attack 1

Issue Description:
This might not be a bug per see. This type of Combat axe :

It specifies here in its data sheet :

that its first heavy attack, which is a horizontal swing, is supposed to be a “Wide attack that staggers many enemies at once”.

This description is inappropriate. In the Psykhanium, on any difficulty, even on Sedition (Diff1), this heavy attack fails to cleave through more than one of even the weakest enemy. You always get this result :

One head flying off, the axe stops dead after the first hit. No additional stagger on other enemies. Zero cleave.

I don’t really care about the effectiveness of this heavy attack. I’m not a game designer or anything. But it bothers me a little that the description of this attack is misleading.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Equip the Achlys Mk VIII Combat Axe on any class, any character.
  2. Go in the Psykhanium with it.
  3. Use the heavy 1 on any type of enemy.
  4. It always hits only one. No cleave whatsoever. No staggering any other enemy.
  5. Labeling this attack as “Relentless” is inappropriate. It might be a powerful horizontal swing, but it is not a “Wide attack that staggers many enemies at once”.

If its intended the attack is pretty terrible vs the other heavies damage-wise, with worse frame data/damage/headshot angle. Luckily it is a bit tricky to combo back into that awful move. Kinda like the bayonet cleaver’s stabs that aren’t actually good against single targets.

I noticed this as well. Based on the animation, I would expect this to behave like a proper Relentless attack. It would be a surprise if it was only a mislabeling. Hopefully it is an easy fix, as it makes the heavy combo fairly useless in most situations.

bumping this with video evidence as well

didn’t realize this bug was acknowledged since i just got here from google, might want to make the acknowledged tag a bit more noticeable since on my screen the white text really blends in with the bright green
