Account resets coming back when?

Some friends of mine recently got the game so I thought I would reset my account to start fresh with them. When I came to support I saw that it was paused until December 19th. After December 19th I sent in my request and it is still offline?

My friends are currently waiting til I can reset before they play but if its gonna be a super long time then I’m just gonna tell them to play without me.

Any info on this would be dope because I know that I am probably not the only one waiting for the service to come back up.

Reset account. I did not even know that was an option. But it took so much time to find a dozen reds, I could never just delete all that progress.
