Accidental weapon destroying

Accidentally removed the weapon from the top of the list while checking available blessings. It was the legendary Mk. VI Heavy Sword as far i remember. Weapon was removed from my only zealot (Ligma). Unfortunately, do not have any screenshots. Weapon was destroyed 2 or 3 hours ago prior to this message. Also, it was the only legendary Mk. VI I’ve ever had.
Is it possible to recover this sword? I hope that information provided will be useful. Thank you in advance.

I believe I have been able to restore the correct weapon, please let me know if there’s any problems.
