Access Violation Crash to Desktop

Issue Description (Required):

Game frequently crashes to desktop in later rounds of Mortis Trials. I can reconnect, but will CTD again within a minute.
This was not an issue until yesterday, despite me playing the same gamemodes in the same way for a week prior.
All mods are updated and have not been changed in any way since before this issue started.
Graphics card drivers are on the latest version.

This is mod-related, perhaps the Mod Loader itself. Unfortunately, I can’t pinpoint what precisely the issue stems from.
