I mean you don’t “have” to do or pick anything at all. I assume you brought up Surge & Trauma bc of Warp Siphon’s peril efficiency? But all staves work well with every keystone and tons of talent variations, esp with ~80% Quell Speed. The 3 I gave above were just examples as I said.
Warp Siphon works well with any build that needs frequent ult CD’s, general dmg increase (not just finesse like DD), deals in Soulblaze, or needs peril efficiency. Psykinetic’s Aura also reduces the current CD and is wasted otherwise (incentivizing front-loading your ult when you’re about to kill a lot of specials+), while WSiphon reduces your next CD regardless of whether it’s on CD now or not. WSiphon doesn’t depend on just specialists either.
Purge bubble builds are a good example. WSiphon & In Fire Reborn means you can often keep the bubble going indefinitely even just from burning mostly trash. Nvm all the other WSiphon & purge synergies vs. EP / DD.
