Issue Summary:

If someone dies before they go down the lift, the game can respawn them at the top of the lift after the lift is in motion, therefore making it impossible to get the player up.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Die on the starting section of Halescourge before the lift.
  2. Start the lift before the player respawns.

It’s funny, but really should be fixed.
