Zealot’s Second Wind doe not proc with Ragers’ chain attacks
Their point blank single attack will trigger, but not their chain attacks.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Lose some toughness
  2. Get attacked by ragers’ chain attack
  3. Dodge their chain attack
  4. Toughness does not regen

Reproduction Rate (Required):

Constant (100%)
