Zealot- Operative Modifier Toughness Boost(the one under Benediction) not working

Steps to Reproduce:
select level 30 zealot, activate Operative Modifier Toughness Boost(the one under Benediction)
watch as it doesnt change toughness, try with other Toughness Boost’s and it works

Yeah, same problem here, just this specific node (between “Benediction” and “Fury of the Faithful”) isn’t providing any toughness boost.

From my testing, to add some info
if I take the node between benediction and fury of the faithful with the one below immolation grenade, only one applies
seems like these 2 can’t work together
