The lucius helbore is a nice rifle but when i pick it, i do so mostly because it have an bayonet, i personally like the Kantrael infantry BUT they have a flashlight that im not using most of the time.
I want to be able to put a bayonet on more lasrifles in the game, instead of the flashlight that rarely comes in handy.
The heretics have a bayonet on the standard issue lasgun but we dont
even some enemy shotgunners have a bayonet attached.
More bayonets for more guns (atleast for the Kantrael infantry familie) and my life is yours fatshark!!!
not only that but the bayonet is upside down, the part of the bayonet that is attached (the handguard) to the gun dose not have a hole on it.

But i dont see this as some major weapon attachment system, with extedended mag, supressors, long/short barrals, diffrent sights.
Something like this should not be harder then putting on a trinket on a weapon, its already existing animations and stats of the bayonet for the current gun that uses it.
its probebly a bit more then just that that we players dont know about but its already done for one gun in the game.
It shouldn’t be that hard about allowing us to change the attachments of weapons from what is already available Bash for more stagger, Bayonet for more damage bash, and flashlight for those who want it.
But then, I’m not a coder/developer and I don’t know how much this would take to make this work. If nothing else, I’d love to have some blessings that allow us to focus on our attachments.
For example Flashlight adds innate suppression to some degree that has a cooldown on the enemy on a per enemy basis. So they’ll be suppressed for like 2-4 seconds, and then after they’re used to the blinding light, they’re no longer suppressed.
Or, for the melee attachments, having weapons that have melee blessings that would make sense to amplify its damage further or add more stagger. Because I don’t know about you all, but trying to trigger the blessing for melee kills on ranged weapons is really difficult to trigger.
