Weapon Appearance interface on gamepad

Issue Description:

Unless I’m missing something, it’s currently impossible to confirm your weapon skin or trinket on a gamepad. You can’t scroll down to Confirm and none of the buttons will confirm your choice.

Please just make A confirm your choice.

i can confirm this. there’s no gamepad-way of choosing skin/trinket
